• Buyers’s preference: finished apartments with promotion and long-term payment schedule. For unfinished projects, people are opt for ones with credible developers and suitable size condominiums.
• Apart from price, buyers are focusing more on quality of the development.
• In Ha Noi, some customers has to buy products with higher price than the original price announced by the developers, which is normally called “spread”.



Mostly focus on living with “Convenience”, represented by amenities and quality of infrastructure. Additionally, reasonable prices are also mentioned.


Overall, messages and selling points please current buyers’ tastes.
